IMPORTANT: All prices listed are exclusive of VAT, GST, or other import taxes.

Buyer Responsibility: All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are imposed by your local government and are not controlled by L-Poke.

Refusal to Pay: If a package is returned to us because the customer refuses to pay local customs duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost, and a 10% restocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from any potential refund.

Due to the nature of the Trading Card Game (TCG) industry and the risk of tampering, we do not accept returns on any products.

Damaged/Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, please contact us at surikun@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We will work with you to make it right.
Cancellations

Cancellations may be requested prior to shipment only.

All cancellations are subject to a 5% non-refundable processing fee to cover transaction costs. Once an item has been marked as shipped, no cancellations can be accepted.
